FarmSharing Fund

Forestdale Farm’s FarmSharing Fund:

Help connect Flagstaff families with limited incomes to fresh, sustainable, and locally grown produce by contributing to our FarmSharing Fund!

About the Project:  This project seeks to connect families who have limited incomes with local, sustainably and organically grown produce from our farm. We will be creating a farm share, also known as a CSA (community supported agriculture), for families who are currently eligible for WIC, AHCCS or SNAP, or who earn 30% or less of median income for Flagstaff.  Participants will pay $100 and will receive a share of produce (normally valued at $300) each week throughout the season. Flagstaff Foodlink’s Grower’s Grant has helped start the FarmSharing Fund by funding the first five shares. We are hoping to raise additional money to increase the number of shares we can provide. All money donated will directly benefit community members with limited incomes. Your donations are greatly appreciated! We are hoping to raise an additional $2,000 by April 22nd which will support shares for 10 more families!

Details about the FarmSharing Program: Qualifying community members will pick up produce weekly at the Flagstaff Community Market in the Sunnyside neighborhood on Wednesdays for 12 consecutive weeks starting June 21st and ending September 6th. Each week will include approximately $25 worth of fresh produce from Forestdale Farm. Participants will pay $100 and will receive a minimum of $300 worth of produce throughout the season! Contact us at if you are interested in participating in the program or have any other questions.
